What are the reunion dates?

The reunion will take place July 23–27, 2026 in the Kissimmee/Orlando, Florida area.

What is this year’s reunion theme?

Our 2026 reunion theme is “Rooted In Love.”

Why are we having this reunion?

After several years apart, this reunion is an opportunity to reconnect, celebrate our amazing Ruth McNeal, strengthen family bonds, and create lasting memories together.

Is there a reunion fee?

Yes. A $75 deposit is due by March 1, 2026. The total fee for adults (ages 15& up) is tier based: 

• TIER 1: $500 if you are staying at the AirBNB

• TIER 2: $325 if you are NOT staying at the AirBNB and providing your own lodging.

• TIER 3: $75 if you are only attending the Saturday Family BBQ. 

**Children 14 years and younger are FREE**

Deposits are non-refundable

How do I make a payment?

Is there a host hotel or family house?

Yes! A luxury 12-bedroom Airbnb has been reserved for family members who chose shared accommodations. The home includes:

• 12 bedrooms

• 12 bathrooms

• Game room

• Family fellowship spaces

This is where the fun begins!

Can I stay somewhere else?

Absolutely. Family members are welcome to book accommodations that best fit their needs and budget. We are recommending family members who chose to provide their own lodging to book at the Hampton Inn located at 151 Centerview Blvd, Kissimmee, FL 34744. They can be reached at (407) 997-7700. This location was chosen not only because of its proximity to the AirBNB, but also because of its newer facilities and free amenities. 

Will there be activities for children?

Yes! There will be games and activities for all ages and accomodations.

Will there be free time?

Yes. The itinerary will include both scheduled activities and downtime for relaxation and fellowship.

What if I want to attend but need financial assistance?

We have established a voluntary Family Sponsorship Fund to assist family members needing help with reunion deposits. Please click on the 'Family Support Fund' tab above for more information.

How can I join the Reunion Committee?

Opportunities to join the Reunion Committee for the next family reunion will be discussed during the feedback session at the conclusion of the upcoming reunion weekend. We welcome family members who are interested in helping plan future gatherings and keeping our family connected. 

Will transportation be provided during the reunion?

Yes! To help make the reunion experience as convenient and enjoyable as possible, we have reserved three 15-passenger vans for family transportation throughout the reunion weekend. Therefore, a rental vehicle is optional.

What will the reunion transportation include?

Transportation services will include:

• Pick-up and drop-off to/from the airport

• Transportation to/from reunion events and activities

• Transportation to/from hotels (if applicable)

• Group outings, sightseeing, and activities around the city

Will airport transportation be available for all arrival times?

Yes. Airport transportation will be coordinated based on the arrival and departure times submitted by attendees in advance to ensure family members are accommodated throughout the reunion weekend.
